The Endings for Starfield wrap up the main storyline and concludes the purpose of all the Main Missions that have been done so far. Warning: Spoilers ahead. Starfield has one main true ending which leads to the final destination, the Unity. All investigations, experiences, and interactions will slowly unravel the mysteries of the Artifacts you have been hunting down. Your actions and decisions in the game may lightly affect what you see in the ending as you reach the Unity, but you will have one main decision to make while you are there. Read on below to view all possible outcomes and how to attain each one.
Starfield Ending Explained
Throughout the game, players were tasked to collect and learn about the Artifacts obtained throughout the universe. Players will ultimately need to collect the needed Artifacts to complete the Armillary. With the completed Armillary on your ship, you will be able to Grav Jump into the Unity, where the Ending of the game will take place.
The Unity is not a fixed place in spacetime. You will not be able to pinpoint its coordinates since it represents eternity all at once, as all points and realities connect to the Unity. "When a star is born or dies, its existence beats through the heart of the Unity." If you ask who created the Artifacts, Temples, and the Armillary, they call them Creators-- the implied higher beings, that exist in the endless circle of time. The game even teases a chance to meet them one day.
You will then have the option to become Starborn. A part of you will fuse with the essence of this universe, while another part leaves it behind forever as you enter another universe. These are the impacts that you make in the game during your playthrough. Becoming Starborn is like being reborn which allows you to experience the game in New Game Plus with a new enlightened experience.
The game lightly touches on the subject of the meaning of everything including the existence of the Artifacts and Armillary, and answers with an explanation that gives off the same idea as 'what is meant to be will be.' Your actions in the game will only have minor impacts on the final ending, but you will be able to view some of the consequences of your actions in the Unity before you leave when they offer a glimpse into what will happen to the universe you may be leaving.
New Game Plus in Starfield
New Game Plus is the continuation after the Ending of the game which allows you to experience the game again with the same skills and powers that have been gained from the first playthrough. However, all belongings and Items will be left behind except for a special Spacesuit. Players will also be able to experience additional interactions and dialogue while playing through New Game Plus. Then based on experiences on the previous playthrough, decide your next steps in the new game.
How to Reach the Ending in Starfield
Players will need to complete the all Main Missions which include collecting all the required Artifacts for the Armillary. With all these requirements complete, players will then be able to proceed to the Endings of the game and reach the Unity.

Starfield "Become Starborn" Ending Description
Becoming Starborn is the ultimate ending goal of the game and what leads to New Game Plus. The game compares becoming Starborn with the death of a star creating new kinds of matter, and allowing a part of you to become fused with the Unity itself. Throughout the game, you carry on collecting and then finally completing Artifacts to complete the Armillary. The Armillary is then used to jump into the Unity, allowing you to leave your universe behind to enter another one as you cross into the multiverse. Once players reach the Unity, they will walk into the gate of light to become Starborn. You will be able to view the fate of the universe you left behind before making the decision. If you step into the gate, once you awaken, you will be in a new Universe that looks like your own and you will be able to begin New Game Plus after the credits.

I decided to leave the Unity and return to my universe. If I change my mind, I can return to the Unity by powering up my Grav Drive while the Armillary is in my ship.
Starfield "Walk Away from the Unity" Ending Description
Once you reach the Unity, the game gives you the option to turn away from the Unity even after you enter it. You will need to walk toward the end of the starfield until the stars fade away to return to your universe. You will then find yourself back on the ship so you can carry on living in the current universe. Players who return to the ship will find the Artifacts back in the inventory. You will still be able to Rebuild the Armillary on a ship to return to the Unity. Your objective will then be to return to the Unity when you are ready.

The Constellation membership who stays behind will, in time publish their data about the discovery of the Artifacts, the Starborn, and the Unity.
The Emissary Outcomes
The Emissary Outcome #1
The Emissary remains in this universe, but your faith in them inspires them to seek out those they believe are worthy of finding the Unity. Many noble Starborn will be reborn under their guidance.
Is anybody going to finish this thing? I swear, it's been over a month and nobody bothered to document the various endings, like Aceles vs. Microbe or Neuroamp vs. No Neuroamp.
