Are Fauna Hostile in Starfield?

In the Star Systems of Starfield, faunas are living beings or alien life forms found on different Planets and Moons. These faunas come in different shapes and sizes, encountering different ones in different Planets/Moons that you visit. Some of these Alien life forms might not be dangerous like the Trilobite and will provide you with resources, making it easier for you to gather and farm what you need for your exploration You'll still need to kill them in order to harvest their resources.

However, it's important to be alert because not all faunas are friendly. There are certain faunas like the Kreet Stalker that will immediately be hostile to you when you get too close. These hostile faunas will add challenges to your exploration and are also beneficial due to their Resource drops as you navigate the different Planets and Moons in the game.
