Nutrition Ranks Progression in Starfield

Nutrition has 4 Ranks that players can unlock. Each Rank introduces a unique effect, offering a diverse range of benefits. To progress to the next Rank, players must complete a challenge specific to that Rank. Only after completing the challenge can you invest another point in the Skill

      I don’t really understand the math on these perks. I’m sure the game is rounding off, but 20% “effectiveness” doesn’t pan out the way I would’ve expected. It affects health received and bonuses like encumbrance, etc., but not in a “X*1.2” way. And the percentage of change seems different for different items and bonuses.

      Nobody cares about food mods over flat stat buffs, but between mods and survival it felt worth acknowledging (or maybe I’m just acknowledging how much math takes vacations from my brain).
