Rick Duran is an NPC in Starfield. Rick Duran is a shady guy standing outside Apex Electronics at The Well in New Atlantis. NPCs in Starfield are the different characters you will encounter while exploring Locations in the game. They may have allegiances to the different Factions and their disposition towards you can change depending on the decisions you make. They can be a part of Missions that the player can complete for varied rewards.

Where to Find Rick Duran in Starfield
Rick Duran can be found outside Apex Electronics in The Well or inside Jake's Bar, both located on the planet Jemison, within the Alpha Centauri System.
Rick Duran Starfield Notes, Tips and possible Bugs
- Rick can often be found in Jake's bar asking for a free drink. This causes a repeating dialogue loop that can be temporarily fixed if you leave The Well and wait for time to pass. As your player home is directly above Jake's Bar, this can become very irritating as it can be heard even from the second floor. As of yet, this has not been fixed.
