Supra et Ultra is a Faction Mission in Starfield. Supra et Ultra is the first United Colonies Faction Mission where you get to take the first step in becoming a provisionary member of the UC Vanguard. Completing Missions allows players to learn more about the world and characters in Starfield. Players can take on Main Missions which progress the main story forward, and other types of optional secondary missions that do not. Faction Missions are exclusive assignments issued by certain Factions, each of which contributes to the player's relationship with the corresponding Faction and progress the group's storyline. Completing Missions earns players experience, Weapons, Armor, and other types of loot.

How to unlock Supra et Ultra in Starfield

Supra et Ultra can be unlocked by the following NPC or the following actions:

• Can be obtained by speaking to Commander John Tuala within the MAST building in the MAST District on New Atlantis, Jemison, in the Alpha Centauri System. You will naturally come across him when progressing the Main Mission The Old Neighborhood.

Starfield Supra et Ultra Rewards

I've taken my Vanguard oath and received my probationary mission - transporting a communications repair suite to Tau Ceti II. Once I've completed that, I'm in.

Starfield Supra et Ultra Walkthrough

You will be able to naturally obtain Supra et Ultra during the Main Mission The Old Neighborhood. When Sarah brings you to the Embassy District to meet her contact, she'll take you to meet Commander John Tuala. Though you've come here to speak about Constellation business, Sarah will let you register and take the Vanguard exam before you go ahead and find the next piece of the Artifact. Commander Tuala will then point you towards the elevator. The choice to get to the Vanguard Orientation Hall will be at the bottom of the list.

When you've reached the required floor, interact with one of the laptops on the left to register for the exam. Agree to all four statements and you can proceed to the Examination Chamber. Before you do so, you will get the opportunity to explore the exhibits of the Orientation Hall. There are plenty of exhibitions here ranging from The End of the Earth to an exhibition on the establishment of the UC Vanguard. At the end, you'll be able to enter the MAST Vanguard Pilot Simulator to take your examination.

Head in and if you climb up the staircase, you can speak to the supervisor who will oversee your examination - Proctor Samuelson. You'll be able to ask him some questions about how the exam will go. When you're ready, hop into the simulator using the yellow door found nearby. Take a seat in the pilot's chair and your examination will begin. The goal of this examination is to defeat the Simulated Ships that appear before you while keeping your own intact. Each successive ship will be tougher than the last, and you'll have to defeat the Tier III ship at least in order to pass the examination.

 After you successfully do so, head into the elevator nearby and return to Commander Tuala. He'll make some comments on whether or not you examined the exhibitions on the way to the Examination Chamber, and how far you got during the combat simulation. Though being an official member of the Vanguard requires ten years of work, Commander Tuala is willing to make you a provisionary member if you swear an oath. Follow the Commander outside and reply with "I do" when he asks you to swear the oath of the Vanguard. The Mission will end after your conversation, with your next course of action being to aid the people of Tau Ceti II with their communications problem.
