Sam Coe is a Companion and Recruitable Crew Member in Starfield. Sam Coe is a member of Constellation and joins you during The Empty Nest mission. Companions in Starfield are special NPCs that may join you along your journey. They have their unique personality, starting equipment, abilities, and moral compass. This may make your actions collide with them, leading you to confront or align them with your decisions. Sam Coe is one of only four Companions that can be romanced.

Sam hates pirates, so remember to take out any pirates or Lawbreakers from time to time. Lastly, always remember to pick the [FLIRT] / [ROMANCE] / [COMMITMENT] options when they pop up.
Always do the Missions related to Sam Coe:
- Once you progress talking with Sam, he will eventually give you the Miscellaneous mission "Matters of the Hart" which involves you handling a mission regarding Sam's wife.
