Ryujin Industries is a Faction in Starfield. The Ryujin Industries Faction carries influence over the Volii System. Players will be able to gain access to this Faction early on in the game by interacting with a Ryujin Industries Kiosk and submitting an application. Join the Faction to gain the Achievement: Back to the Grind. Factions are organizations or groups that control or have influence over specific territories and Star Systems. Each Faction has its own set of values and beliefs that are implemented into how they run as a group.

- How to Join the Ryujin Industries: During exploration, you may hear the Ryujin Industries job listing announcement while passing any Ryujin Industries Kiosk. One can be found opposite Galbank in the MAST District at New Atlantis, Jemison in the Alpha Centauri System. This Mission can be unlocked as early as Chapter 1. The related Faction Mission is activated immediately after hearing the announcement and you will be tasked to apply for the job. After filling out the application, you can report to Imogene Salzo on the Operations floor at the Ryujin Tower in Neon for your interview to continue the process. Completing Back to the Grind makes you an official member of the Faction.
