In my first play thru this worked. But in NewGame+, I bring Salinas the package, the quest is successfully completed, he says his store is now open to me, tells me to follow him....but instead of unlocking his door, he strolls out the front door, takes a long walk thru the Well and finally sits down in Reliant Medical. I ask to see what he's selling again, and he say "My legs only work so fast, my friend". I've reloaded and it went down the exact same way the second time too.
